Our story

Family owned in Central Florida since 1975

Gold Key Roofing started in Orlando in 1975 as a small, family run company with a simple mission: raise the standard for roofing in Central Florida.

Fifty years of hurricanes, new materials and roofing trends later, we are still family owned, still local and still focused on doing right by every customer. We do the job right, explain it clearly and treat people like neighbors, not numbers.

Today our crews work on homes, schools, churches and small businesses from two offices, in Orlando and Fruitland Park.

What we stand for

The values behind every roof

They guide everything we do, whether it is a single roof repair or a full commercial project.

  1. Integrity

We say what we will do, and then we do it.

  2. Quality

The best materials, installed with care and precision.

  3. Community

We live here, work here and give back here.

  4. Transparency

Clear communication from quote to completion.

  5. Reliability

When storms hit or problems come up, we show up, every time.

Our people

Great roofs start with great people

Our team is a mix of seasoned roofers, project managers and office staff, and many of them have been with us for years, even decades. A lot of them live in the neighborhoods we serve, so we are your neighbors on the roof, not contractors passing through.

In our community

Giving back where we live

A strong community is built like a strong roof: with care, dedication and people who look out for one another.

We sponsor local school fundraisers, help families after storm damage and volunteer with regional charities. These are three of the organizations we are proud to support.
